After years of experience in construction, real estate, and managing our own rental properties, we recognized that many owners needed a management partner they could truly trust to protect and care for their investment. He brings over a decade of experience in construction, real estate, and property maintenance, giving him a strong understanding of how to protect and manage real estate investments. Donald specializes in tenant screening, property oversight, maintenance coordination, and helping property owners maximize the value of their rentals. His hands-on background in construction allows him to identify issues early and manage repairs efficiently, helping owners reduce costs and maintain their properties well.
Alyssa Inman
Alyssa Inman is a licensed real estate agent serving the Treasure Valley and works alongside Hilltop Property Management to support property owners and tenants. Her real estate background allows her to assist with rental pricing, property marketing, tenant placement, and lease coordination. Alyssa focuses on clear communication and professional service, helping ensure properties are filled with qualified tenants and that the leasing process runs smoothly for both owners and residents.
